About Us

AT TRI-ELITE MARKETING - OUR TEAM IS PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND FOOD!

The goal of Tri-Elite Marketing from the beginning has been to provide our partners with the optimal level of service and expertise. To achieve this we believe have service oriented sales staff coupled with strong principal partners has allowed us to provide that level of service that we are known for.

We believe having a team with passionate and driven skill sets is the foundation for our success. We continue to provide effective communication and exceptional service and strive to be the leader in our industry.

When we partner with a manufacturer we are careful to make sure that our core values and goals are in-line with each other.

My career started over 35 plus years ago working as a sales representative for Konings Wholesale in 1987, within 2 years as a sales representative I was promoted to sales manager as I took my territory from one of the worst performing territories to the highest producing sales dollars, case movement and margins. I won a number of Sales awards with Konings, Sysco and Serca (which is now Gordon’s). In 2003 I joined Tri-Elite as partner which at the time had 2 lines and 3 people in the company including me. In 2009 I bought my partner out of the company and there was 6 of us covering Western Canada. 2018 we took our team from 7 to 20 and became a National Broker. We are looking at a growth plan to add additional sales staff in 2021. Our passion to be the strongest and most efficient and effective Broker in Canada and by assembling the best team Canada will ever see by providing consistency, strong structure, excellent work ethic is our mission. Our aggressive growth plan for the next 5 years will speak for itself.

I have been in the industry for 40 plus years and have spent 9 years with Sysco Merchandizer, Specialist, Trainer, Sales as well as the last 10 years on the broker side of the business. Our philosophy is simple. Take away everything from the Territory Managers which will take away their focus from selling. Admin, quotes, RFPs, Tenders, sample requests and more importantly, the stress of having to deal with PO issues, PO shorts, Late orders, UPS rush shipments or anything else which will make them feel like they should slow down on selling. Our direction to our Territory Managers is, you go and sell the product and let us worry about how to get it to our customer. Grow our sales and income, then grow our sales team. 2018 Dimitri Lenis was promoted to Vice President of Sales from BC Sales Manager then in 2021 promoted to Senior Vice President.
